Fat loss and strength, built around the person in front of me instead of a template. Fifteen years in the gym, and a plan that changes the moment your numbers do.
Fifteen years under the bar
I've been training since I was a teenager. Fifteen years of my own lifting, my own cuts, and my own mistakes, and somewhere in the middle it stopped being a hobby and turned into the thing I think about all day.
What I'm actually good at is two things: getting fat off people and making them strong. Not bootcamp circuits, not whatever is trending this year. Resistance training that progresses on purpose, and nutrition numbers you can live with for months instead of white-knuckling for three weeks.
I've been on your side of it too. I know what it feels like to train hard and watch nothing move. Nine times out of ten the fix isn't working harder. It's that nobody ever showed you what to track, or changed the plan when the numbers said to.
That's the whole job, and I take it seriously. Show up, do the work, and I'll make sure the work is the right work.
Fat loss
Calorie and macro targets off your real body and your real week, with training that keeps the muscle you already built while the fat comes off.
Resistance training
Progressive overload done properly. Loads that climb, technique that holds up under them, and a log that proves it happened.
Plans that move
Baseline measurements, logged lifts, and a rebuild every four weeks. You'll see exactly what changed and what didn't.
Three ways to train
Same coaching either way. The difference is where the work happens and how much of my time goes with it.

How it works
You reach out
Fill out the form or just text me. Tell me your goal and when you're free.
Free first session
We train. I watch how you move, find the limits, and you see how I coach. No card, no pitch.
I build the plan
Baseline numbers, a written program, and nutrition targets. In your hands within a few days.
We adjust
Every four weeks we check the numbers and rebuild. The plan follows your progress, not a calendar.
Straight answers
Is the first session really free?
Yes. One full session, no payment info, no obligation. I'd rather you find out whether we work well together before you spend anything. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that myself.
I've never lifted before. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Beginners make the fastest progress of anybody I work with because everything is new stimulus. We start with movements you can actually do and add load as your technique holds up.
Do I need a gym membership?
For the online and come-to-you options, no. For in-gym training we can meet at a gym you already belong to, or I'll tell you the nearest spot that works. For the come-to-you option I bring what we need.
What do you need from me before we start?
An honest injury history, what your week actually looks like, and what you've tried before. If you've got recent bloodwork or a doctor's restriction, bring it. I'd rather work around something real than find it mid-set.
Do you do nutrition too?
Calorie and macro targets and food ideas, built off your body and your activity. That's included, not an add-on. I'm a trainer and not a registered dietitian, so these are recommendations, not a prescribed diet. Anything medical goes to your doctor or an RD.
How do I pay, and am I locked in?
Venmo, Zelle, or card. Nothing auto-renews and there's no contract. Packages are good for six months. If you need to pause, tell me and we pause.
